Our Site may link to third-party sites/services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
We are a U.S. company based in Arizona. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction.
Arizona does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law like California’s CCPA/CPRA. If we become subject to another state’s comprehensive privacy law based on activity or thresholds (e.g., CA, CO, CT, TX, VA), we will provide required resident-specific disclosures and rights workflows. (For general background on state privacy laws, see reputable trackers.) (pro.bloomberglaw.com)
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will post the updated date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted or communicated as appropriate.
